~ "You Must Be The Change You Wish To See In The World" ~
-Mahatma Gandhi-

Hi! thanks for coming to check out the projects that we are working on! It is our hope to be catalysts for at least some of the good changes that can be brought about in this world, we want to be able to help people, especially children, know who they are and how much they are worth. We want you to be able to see how and where the proceeds from your purchases are being used. We are looking for great causes and organizations that are truly helping children and where the money donated will actually be used to directly help children in need and affect their lives for good. As our funding ability increases we will continue to add more projects in various areas of the world and eventually hope to start some of our very own as well.

There is so much human tragedy in the world but there are also many wonderful people trying to meet at least the basic needs of those who suffer. Mother Theresa said "All my years of service to the poor have helped me to understand that they are precisely the ones who better understand human dignity. If they have a problem, it is not lack of money, but the fact that their right to be treated humanly and with tenderness is not recognized....I will never tire of repeating this: what the poor need the most is not pity but love. They need to feel respect for their human dignity, which is neither less nor different from the dignity of any other human being" Mother Theresa also related an experience about having picked up a small girl who was wandering lost in the streets. Hunger was written all over her face and there was no way of knowing how long it had been since the child had eaten anything. Mother Theresa offered the little girl a piece of bread, the child started to eat it crumb by crumb. Mother Theresa urged the girl to eat adding "Aren't you hungry?" This little child looked at her and said, "I am just afraid that when I run out of bread, I'll still be hungry."

We believe that poverty and hunger exist all over the world and not just for the physical necessities of life but also for the need to feel acknowledged, recognized and loved. The children of the world belong to all of us. Let's be the change we wish to see, let's give hope and love to those who need it most, let's fill their lives and hearts as well as their need for food and clothes! Thanks for coming to see some of the great projects that we are involved with! We hope you will feel happy about the purchases you have made and the ways that we are using the proceeds to help others.    Thank you so much for your generosity and support!
